Both Hannah and Craig come from backgrounds in construction. During her senior year of high school, Hannah attended trade school where she learned how to weld, understanding early on the value of developing a strong trade and skill set. With a passion for building and creating, she began working in construction the summer after graduating. From mastering intricate techniques to tackling challenging projects with precision, Hannah wasn’t just working—she was building a solid framework of hands-on experience.

Craig’s work ethic began even earlier. At just eight years old, he started working on the back of a lobster boat, spending summers and any free time he had hauling traps from the waters of Penobscot Bay. As he grew older, Craig transitioned into the construction industry, where his diligence, adaptability, and hunger for knowledge quickly set him apart. Over the course of three years, he traveled up and down the East Coast working on a wide variety of construction projects, gaining invaluable experience along the way.

As life evolved and their family began to grow, Hannah and Craig recognized that the next chapter was approaching. With baby number one on the way, Hannah took a leap of faith and transitioned into real estate—bringing with her the same work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication she had developed in construction. Before long, Craig joined her, and together they built a partnership rooted in teamwork and shared purpose.

Today, Hannah and Craig combine their construction knowledge with their passion for helping others as they guide clients through one of life’s biggest decisions. As devoted parents to their daughters, they understand the importance of finding a place to truly call home.
